In 2021, I began teaching the 24-hour DSD training for QCHF/CAHF. I have been fortunate enough to be able to combine my career in nursing with my love of teaching as a DSD. I am committed to being a life long learner. And in 2016 I achieved my goal of becoming an entrepreneur/edupreneur.
I volunteered as a curriculum specialist for ACCET accreditation site visit. In my spare time I enjoy making beaded jewelry, interior design and collecting penguins.

I am committed to supporting those in the community who wish to take care of our most vulnerable populations. Charlotte and her fellow instructors are passionate about the education provided and it shows in CMETS metrics. I am honored to be a part of this team.
I love working as a hospice nurse. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband and cats.

Jean Bangham, LVN

I enjoy teaching people who are interested in nursing. I’ve had over forty years experience as a nurse including twenty years of teaching and staff development. Helping people learn and develop skills to assist people to wellness and better quality of life has been a pleasure. Working with Charlotte at CMETS has given me the opportunity to continue to teach the art of nursing.

Delmy Cabrera Gonzales, LVN

I’m Delmy Cabrera, a CNA instructor at Creative Medical Education & Training Solutions. I’ve been a CNA instructor for over 3 years. I’m a dedicated educator with extensive experience guiding adult learners. I am passionate about fostering a supportive environment to help students achieve their goals through practical application and tailored instruction, drawing on over 23 years in the Health Care Field to enhance learning outcomes. When I’m not working as a CNA instructor, I enjoy spending time with my dog Blu, & working on different hobbies. I’m looking forward to meeting new students and being part of your journey to become a professional Certified Nurse Assistant.

Leticia Cervantes, LVN

Hello, my name is Leticia but I go by Letty. My medical field journey started in high school when I completed an internship at one of the local hospitals in Salinas. then went on and received my CNA license. I have worked as a CNA for over 8 years, over 9 years as an LVN, and 5 years teaching staff development and infection control as the DSD. I have a passion for providing care, and teaching others how to provide quality care. I enjoy spending time with my family and watching my sons play sports.
